1. What are your shipping options and delivery times?
We ship from our warehouse in the United States to all 50 states.
- Express Shipping: 3–6 business days – $20
- Free Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0
- Free Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0
- Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $10
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.
2. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer Free Shipping (7–14 business days) on qualifying orders. The shipping cost will be clearly shown at checkout.
3. How long will it take to receive my order?
Most customers receive their orders within 7–14 business days with standard or free shipping. Choose Express Shipping if you need it faster.
4. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in new condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be processed after inspection.
5. What is a wish jar / star jar?
A wish jar is a decorative glass jar where you write your wishes, dreams, or things you’re grateful for on small paper stars, then fold them and place them inside. It’s a beautiful way to collect positive thoughts and memories over time.
6. How many stars come with each jar?
Each jar comes with a generous amount of pre-cut colored paper stars (usually 100–300 pieces depending on jar size). Extra stars are also available in our store.
7. Are the jars made of real glass?
Yes. All our jars are made of high-quality, clear glass with elegant designs and sturdy lids.
8. Can I use the jar for other purposes?
Absolutely. Many customers also use them for cotton pads, jewelry, fairy lights, or as beautiful home decor.
9. Are the jars suitable as gifts?
Yes! They make meaningful and unique gifts for birthdays, anniversaries, weddings, graduations, and new beginnings. Elegant gift packaging is available at checkout.
10. How do I write on the stars?
We recommend using a fine-tip pen or marker. The stars are made from high-quality paper that writes smoothly.
11. Do you offer different colors and sizes?
Yes. We offer various jar sizes (small, medium, large) and multiple color themes for the stars (pastel, rainbow, gold, silver, etc.).
12. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States.
13. How can I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. You can also track your order in your account under “Order History”.
14. What if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will quickly arrange a replacement or full refund.
15. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order if it has not yet been processed or shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible.
